Helena Wijaya is an Indonesian self-taught photographer, currently based in Melbourne. She started her career as a photographer in 2016, and is known for her warm-toned, cinematic approach and focus on scenic details. She mainly pursues conceptual portraiture and fashion editorial, while aiming to maintain the natural environment’s integrity. Her love of travels and rich cultures inspires and informs her work. Though she struggled to articulate complex visions and emotions growing up, photography has become her chosen medium of connection and self-expression.
